GOALS

At Rodwell Learning Center, we offer a rigorous curriculum that not only focuses on mathematics and sciences but also encompasses Khmer Literature and History. Our goal is to challenge students to think critically, discover new perspectives, and approach problems with confidence. By the end of our courses, students will achieve the following:

1. Develop Positive Attitudes: We strive to cultivate positive attitudes toward mathematics, sciences, Khmer Literature, and History. Through engaging lessons and hands-on activities, students will gain confidence, creativity, and a sense of enjoyment in these subjects. We encourage perseverance and celebrate achievements in mathematics, sciences, and the rich cultural heritage of Cambodia.
   
2. Proficient Problem-Solvers: Our curriculum empowers students to become proficient problem-solvers. They will learn to pose appropriate questions, select suitable methods, employ various strategies, and explore alternative approaches. This problem-solving mindset extends beyond mathematics and sciences, allowing students to apply critical thinking skills to real-world issues and challenges in Khmer Literature and History.
   
3. Making Connections: At Rodwell Learning Center, we emphasize the importance of making connections. Students will learn to connect ideas within mathematics, sciences, Khmer Literature, and History. They will also explore the connections between these disciplines and other areas of knowledge, as well as their relevance to everyday life. This interdisciplinary approach promotes a holistic understanding and appreciation of the subjects.
   
4. Effective Communication: Communication is a key skill in mathematics, sciences, Khmer Literature, and History. Our curriculum encourages students to communicate their understanding effectively. They will learn to express their thoughts and ideas through writing, modeling, and visualizing, using precise language and symbolic notation. This fosters clarity, enhances comprehension, and promotes effective collaboration with peers and teachers.
