Work-Study program by rodwell learning center
Work-Study Program provides part-time jobs for Rodwell Alumni with financial need, allowing them to earn money to pay for their education expenses. In some cases, Rodwell Learning Center is paying for the full tuition beforehand while the students work to repay back the loan without any interest. Our goal is to provide an opportunity for students to gain soft skills, technical expertise, and career-related skills and experience.
Currently, we have three places where Work-Study students can work: Rodwell Learning Center, Rean Café, and Rean Zone. At Rodwell Learning Center, our staff are doing work from clerical, support, administration, operation, and media. We always make sure that they are playing an important in our daily operation because we want them to know that they matter. Their duties and responsibilities are an integral part of our school and community. As for Rean Café and Rean Zone, all of our students are an amazing team of hard workers who take customer service very seriously. They are learning a great deal including skills like communication, teamwork, and self-management. All the profits from both cafés are used to support the Work-Study Program 100%. Rodwell Learning Center continues to find ways to provide financial assistance to all of our alumni who are college-bound and in need.
On top of work experience, the Work-Study Program also provides workshop, trainings, and leadership opportunities to all of our students. We want to make sure that they continue to learn and grow while they work and go to school. Our ultimate goal is to provide a place where everyone is happy with what they do and who they work with.
